This model can produce electricity.
It is the incinerator for infectious waste and municipal waste combustion. It has water cooling system and air direct injection which helps waste combustion. It also consists of equipment for controlling soot formation, which is the air pollution, by using cyclone dust collection system, wet scrubber andair treatment equipment.

It is to burn infectious waste (hospital), municipal waste and industrial waste in order to dispose wastes andeliminate germs.The primary chamber is the waste combustion chamber. It is to burn wastes and to convert air into combustible gas at a temperature of about 300–800 Degree Celsius. The air is distributed under the air compression and compressed into the incinerator by the primary air fan through inner incinerator walls with air jacket system. The air compressor head is installed and surrounded inside the incinerator for the purpose of primary air preheating in order to distribute air thoroughly in the primary chamber. Compressed air can be adapted to match with types of waste by using electric valve (Auto-Manual). The inner surface of the upper incinerator is a smooth steel sheet so there is no accumulation of slag. The floor surface of the incinerator is constructed of refractory bricks and concrete which help reduce damages of refractory concrete walls and extend the lifespan of the incinerator longer than general incinerators. 

The secondary chamber is the smoke chamber. It is to burn gases arising from the carbonization process of the waste combustion chamber. Gases or smokes are burned in this secondary chamber at a temperature of not less than 1000–1200 Degree Celsius and it takes no less than 3 seconds (1,000 Degree Celsius/3 seconds) for the combustion. The external structure is steel sheet assembled in a tube shape. Its internal structure is built up with refractory lining. The external steel surface is coated with heat resistant painting of not less than 100°C. 

- Combustion temperature 1,000–1,200 Degree Celsius
- Density of external steel sheet not less than 10 mm.
- Thickness of heat resistant material (Including insulator) not less than 200 mm.
- Maximum allowable temperature not less than 1,200 Degree Celsius.

Wet Scrubber Its structure is made ofgalvanized steel according to the ASTM's steel standards with 10 mm. thickness and 2.5 meter diameter. The inner structure is built up with refractory bricks and the heat resistance is not less than 1,350 Degree Celsius. It also has the water spraying nozzles in order to transfer heat from exhaust of the incinerator. In addition, sodium bicarbonate and activated carbon spraying system is installed to filter the pollution. 

Cyclone Dust and Soot Removal System Its material is made of ASTM A36 Steel with the thickness of not less than 6 mm., diameter of 80 cm. and the length of not less than 2.0 meters. The inner structure is formed by refractory cement and the heat resistance is not less than 800 Degree Celsius. It is installed with the wet scrubber in order to filter the fly ash.

Fly ash is collected by the system and the bottom ash is conveyed from the incinerator by using the Auto-Manual hydraulic control system in order to match with the operation. 
The incinerator has the water cooling system which the hot water can be further used for other activities, such as cleaning floors for killing germs, providing coolness in infectious waste storage. 

The door of the incinerator can be opened at all times during the waste incineration without causing any hazards to operators (Incinerator controlling officer). 

Waste Loading Door It is made of steel with the thickness of not less than 10 mm., the width of not less than 80 cm. and the length of not less than 80 cm. The door panel is made of steel with the thickness of not less than 10 cm. Its surroundings are formed by refractory cement with the thickness of not less than 15 cm. There is heat-resistant gland packing and a glass window pane for monitoring the combustion in the incinerator. The primary chamber will stop the operation and there is an alarm when the door of the primary chamber is opened. 

Waste Pushing and Turning Kit It is the accessory for pushing and turning wastes during the incineration in the primary chamber for the better combustion. This method allows Incinerator controlling officers not to open the incinerator’s door and stir wastes. The waste pushing kit will push up combusted wastes to the ash conveyor. It is operated by the hydraulic system and controlled by manualauto mode. 
Specifications
Gas LPG is used as a fuel in the combustion for a burner. It is applicable for 380 V 50Hz 3- phase electric power. - One burner in the primary chamber can change 2 levels of flame and it is controlled by the temperature controller. - One burner in the secondary chamber can change 2 levels of flame and it is controlled by the temperature controller.  Two sets of temperature measuring and controller are installed in the incinerator for the primary chamber and the secondary chamber. Type-K thermocouple is made of stainless steel with flange connector heads and fittings, together with 2 sets of graph recorder. Temperature measuring and controller can measure and control the temperature from the range of 0- 1,200 Degree Celsius and the temperature is shown in digital number.Regarding to the inspection of burner after installation, the burner can be discharged for inspection without removing it from its base by using the hinge and swinging the burner out of the burning pane.  The cover is made of anti-rust material and light weighted.The burner is an imported product from Japan, Europe and USA. 

Performance Guarantee Performance is guaranteed for equipment or parts and quality of defects or damages arising out of the normal use. The incinerator warranty is valid for 1 year with 6-monthly inspection.
