Model SH 5-200, 300, 500, 1000 kgs/hour Water treatment system both inside chamber and for trapping polluted.
 

 
Capacity : 500 kg/ hr.

It is the incinerator for the combustion of industrial wastes and waste in factories, including municipal wastes. It has water cooling system and air direct injection which helps waste combustion. It also consists of equipment for controlling soot formation, which is the air pollution, by using cyclone dust collection system, dry scrubber and air treatment equipment. It is to burn industrial wastes and waste in factories, including municipal wastes.

The primary chamber is the waste combustion chamber. It is to burn wastes and to convert air into combustible gas at a temperature of about 300–800 Degree Celsius. The air is distributed under the air compression and compressed into the incinerator by the primary air fan through inner incinerator walls with air jacket system. The air compressor head is installed and surrounded inside the incinerator for the purpose of primary air preheating in order to distribute air thoroughly in the primary chamber. Compressed air can be adapted to match with types of waste by using electric valve (Auto-Manual). The inner surface of the upper incinerator is a smooth steel sheet so there is no accumulation of slag. The floor surface of the incinerator is constructed of refractory bricks and concrete which help reduce damages of refractory concrete walls and extend the lifespan of the incinerator longer than general incinerators. Regarding to the ash conveyor, ashes can be removed easily because the floor surface of the incinerator is a smooth steel sheet. Its surroundings are built up with refractory bricks. The structure of the external incinerator is steel sheet assembled in a square shape, coated with heat resistant painting and covered with stainless steel. The coolant is contained between the inner and the outer of the incinerator, causing hot water which can be used in factories such as enhancing efficiency of steam boiler, washing machine, sterilizer, for energy reduction.

The secondary chamber is the smoke chamber. It is to burn gases arising from the carbonization process of the waste combustion chamber. Gases or smokes are burned in this secondary chamber at a temperature of not less than 1000–1200 Degree Celsius and it takes no less than 2 seconds (1,000 Degree Celsius/2 seconds) for the combustion. The external structure is steel sheet assembled in a tube shape. Its internal structure is built up with refractory lining. The external steel surface is coated with heat resistant painting of not less than 400 °C.

The combustion system is designed to save fuels by controlling the combustion with PLC (Programmable Logic Controller), separately regulating temperature of both chambers and reducing fuel consumption to match with the combustion in each phase as necessary. 

Fuel energy saving system is installed by using the air compression system. No less than 200 air compressor heads are installed and surrounded the chamber, which are operated together with the burner’s fuel dispensing level control system in order to match with the quantity of wastes in each period during combustion. Accordingly, it results to the highest efficiency for saving fuels in the combustion.

Fly ash is collected by the system and the bottom ash is conveyed from the incinerator by using the Auto-Manual hydraulic control system in order to match with the operation.    

There is a wet scrubber (Air pollution treatment system). Its surroundings are built up with refractory bricks and the heat resistance is not less than 1,350 Degree Celsius. Sodium bicarbonate and activated carbon spraying system is also installed to filter the pollution. 
Dry Scrubber Its structure is made of galvanized steel according to the ASTM's steel standards with 8 mm. thickness and 2.0 meter diameter. The inner structure is built up with refractory bricks and the heat resistance is not less than 1,350 Degree Celsius. It also has the water spraying nozzles in order to transfer heat from exhaust of the incinerator. In addition, sodium bicarbonate and activated carbon spraying system is installed to filter the pollution.  
Air Compressor Tank and Air Compressor Fan
There is an air compressor tank with an air compressor fan in order to compress the air into the primary chamber. Its material is made of ASTM A36 Steel. The air compressor chamber is made of steel with the thickness of not less than 6 mm. and the height of not less than 1 meter.   
Specifications
Oil is used as a fuel in the combustion for a burner. It is applicable for 380 V 50Hz 3-phase electric power.
  • One burner with the size of not less than 301 Mcal/h in the primary chamber can change 2 levels of flame and it is controlled by the temperature controller.
  • One burner with the size of not less than 430 Mcal/h in the secondary chamber can change 2 levels of flame and it is controlled by the temperature controller.
Two sets of temperature measuring and controller are installed in the incinerator for the primary chamber and the secondary chamber. Type-K thermocouple is made of stainless steel with flange connector heads and fittings, together with 2 sets of graph recorder.
Temperature measuring and controller can measure and control the temperature from the range of 0- 1,200  Degree Celsius and the temperature is shown in digital number.
Regarding to the inspection of burner after installation, the burner can be discharged for inspection without removing it from its base by using the hinge and swinging the burner out of the burning pane.
The cover is made of anti-rust material and light weighted.
The burner is an imported product from Japan, Europe and USA.

Electric power system of the incinerator is controlled by PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) according to the NEC (National Electric Code) and PID Temperature Controller. It is commanded and controlled by touch screen mode and supported the installation of at least 5 waste incineration programs. Plus, data can be transferred via USB Flash Driver and it consists of UPS and Stabilizer for PC devices.
The electric control box is installed on the floor. It is made of 20 gauge steel sheet. Its body and parts are coated with double-layered rust preventive painting. There is a door with mortise lock on the body for maintenance access. Symbols indicate the operation of switches, light signals are shown as digital number, and alarm and other necessary equipment in the system are controlled by 220/380 Vot 50 Hz 3 Phase alternating current.

Performance is guaranteed for equipment or parts and quality of defects or damages arising out of the normal use. The incinerator warranty is valid for 1 year with 6-monthly inspection.
