Update 2021 Model SH4: 100 KG/HR Special water system, MSW, Medical and industrial waste
Model SH 4 : 100 kgs/hour Water treatment system both inside chamber and for trapping polluted.
 

 
Capacity : 50 ,100 kg/hr.

It is the incinerator for the combustion of industrial wastes and waste in factories, including municipal wastes. It has water cooling system and air direct injection which helps waste combustion. It also consists of equipment for controlling soot formation, which is the air pollution, by using cyclone dust collection system, dry scrubber and air treatment equipment.It is to burn industrial wastes and waste in factories, including municipal wastes.

The primary chamber is the waste combustion chamber. It is to burn wastes and to convert air into combustible gas at a temperature of about 300–800 Degree Celsius. The air is distributed under the air compression and compressed into the incinerator by the primary air fan through inner incinerator walls with air jacket system. The air compressor head is installed and surrounded inside the incinerator for the purpose of primary air preheating in order to distribute air thoroughly in the primary chamber. Compressed air can be adapted to match with types of waste by using electric valve (Auto-Manual). The inner surface of the upper incinerator is a smooth steel sheet so there is no accumulation of slag. The floor surface of the incinerator is constructed of refractory bricks and concrete which help reduce damages of refractory concrete walls and extend the lifespan of the incinerator longer than general incinerators. Regarding to the ash conveyor, ashes can be removed easily because the floor surface of the incinerator is a smooth steel sheet. Its surroundings are built up with refractory bricks. The structure of the external incinerator is steel sheet assembled in a square shape, coated with heat resistant painting and covered with stainless steel. The coolant is contained between the inner and the outer of the incinerator, causing hot water which can be used in factories such as enhancing efficiency of steam boiler, washing machine, sterilizer, for energy reduction.

​The secondary chamber is the smoke chamber. It is to burn gases arising from the carbonization process of the waste combustion chamber. Gases or smokes are burned in this secondary chamber at a temperature of not less than 1000–1200 Degree Celsius and it takes no less than 3 seconds (1,000 Degree Celsius/3 seconds) for the combustion. The external structure is steel sheet assembled in a tube shape. Its internal structure is built up with refractory lining. The external steel surface is coated with heat resistant painting of not less than 400 °C.

Fly ash is collected by the system and the bottom ash is conveyed from the incinerator by using the Auto-Manual hydraulic control system in order to match with the operation.    
There is a wet scrubber (Air pollution treatment system). Its surroundings are built up with refractory bricks and the heat resistance is not less than 1,350 Degree Celsius. Sodium bicarbonate and activated carbon spraying system is also installed to filter the pollution.
The incinerator has the water cooling system which the hot water can be further used for other activities, such as cleaning floors for killing germs, providing coolness in infectious waste storage.
The door of the incinerator can be opened at all times during the waste incineration without causing any hazards to operators (Incinerator controlling officer). 
Cyclone Dust and Soot Removal System
Its material is made of ASTM A36 Steel with the thickness of not less than 6 mm., diameter of 50 cm. and the length of not less than 2.0 meters. The inner structure is formed by refractory cement and the heat resistance is not less than 800 Degree Celsius. It is installed with the dry scrubber in order to filter the fly ash.
Waste Loading Door 
 It is made of steel with the thickness of not less than 10 mm., the width of not less than 80 cm. and the length of not less than 50 cm. The door panel is made of steel with the thickness of not less than 15 cm. Its surroundings are formed by refractory cement with the thickness of not less than 15 cm. There is heat-resistant gland packing and a glass window pane for monitoring the combustion in the incinerator. The door is controlled by an electric motor. The primary chamber will stop the operation and there is an alarm when the door of the primary chamber is opened.
Air Compressor Fan and Exhaust Fan
The using air compressor fan is 3 horsepower and the fan dispensing air to the stack is 6 horsepower.
Air Dispensing System
The air is dispensed through butterfly valve (Manual –Auto) which is controlled by the electric power system and directed from the control room.
Automatic Waste Feeding System
The incinerator has the automatic waste feeding system which is operated by the hydraulic system and controlled by manual-auto mode. The standard-size trashcan can be installed with the waste feeding system immediately (Waste loading staffs are not necessary to touch infectious wastes).
Waste Pushing and Turning Kit
It is the accessory for pushing and turning wastes during the incineration in the primary chamber for the better combustion. This method allows Incinerator controlling officers not to open the incinerator’s door and stir wastes. The waste pushing kit will push up combusted wastes to the ash conveyor. It is operated by the hydraulic system and controlled by manual-auto mode. 

Performance is guaranteed for equipment or parts and quality of defects or damages arising out of the normal use. The incinerator warranty is valid for 1 year with 6-monthly inspection.
