Model SH3: 50 and 70 KG/HR Special compressed air system
Model SH 3 : DMN-902C
Capacity : 50, 70 kg/hr.
Primary chamber is the incinerator for waste combustion. It is to burn wastes and to convert air into combustible gas at a temperature of about 300–800 Degree Celsius. The air is distributed under the air compression and compressed into the incinerator by the primary air fan through inner incinerator walls with air jacket system. The air compressor head is installed and surrounded inside the incinerator for the purpose of primary air preheating in order to distribute air thoroughly in the primary chamber. Compressed air can be adapted to match with types of waste. The inner surface of the upper incinerator is a smooth steel sheet so there is no accumulation of slag. The floor surface of the incinerator is constructed of refractory bricks and concrete with heat resistance material up to 1200 Degree Celsius which help extending the lifespan of the incinerator longer than general incinerators.
Regarding to the ash conveyor, ashes can be removed easily because the floor surface of the incinerator is a smooth steel sheet. Its surroundings are built up with refractory bricks. The structure of the external incinerator is steel sheet assembled in a square shape, coated with heat resistant painting which help reducing incinerator’s wall temperature not more than 60 Degree Celsius. Waste Combustion Assistance Equipment
Air compression system in primary chamber has 100 air compression heads in 6 columns with 25 air dispensing points per column installed within primary chamber working together with fuel dispensing control system of fire nozzle in order to match with the quantity of wastes in each period during combustion. It results to the highest efficiency for saving fuels in the combustion. If waste humidity is less than 30% then it is not required fuel for combustion.
Primary Chamber Auxiliary Equipment
Thickness of incinerator’s wall steel sheet not less than 8 mm.
Maximum allowable temperature not less than 1,000 Degree Celsius
Primary & Secondary Air Fan (Blower) 1 set
Start-up Burner 1 set
Temperature Controller & Thermocouple set
Secondary Chamber System
The secondary chamber is the smoke chamber. It is to burn gases arising from the carbonization process of the waste combustion chamber. Gases or smokes are burned in this secondary chamber at a temperature of not less than 800–1200 Degree Celsius and it takes no less than 3 seconds for the combustion. The external structure is steel sheet assembled in a tube shape. Its internal structure is built up with refractory brick with heat resistance of not less than 1300 Degree Celsius. The external steel surface is coated with heat resistant painting of not less than 200 °C. Secondary Chamber Auxiliary Equipment
Combustion Temperature not less than 800-1,200 Degree Celsius
Steel Sheet Density not less than 8 mm
Maximum Allowable Temperature not less than 1,200 Degree Celsius
Start-up Burner 1 set
Temperature Controller & Thermocouple 1 set
Ventilate Stack
The material is made of steel with thickness not less than 3 mm. and diameter 0.3 m. The height of the stack is 8 meters.
Gas Tank Set
There is a gas tank set as in engineering standard coated with rust preventive paint and equipment for gas piping as in engineering standard.
Technical Specification
There are 2 temperature measure and control system in the incinerator in digital mode. The temperature can be set as required for primary chamber and secondary chamber. Type-K thermocouple is made of stainless steel with flange type connector heads and fittings
Burner head can be removed for investigation after installation without removing it from its base by using the hinge and swinging the burner out of the burning pane.
The burner is imported from Japan and Europe. Electric Control Box
Electrical system of incinerator according to NEC (National Electric Code) is controlled by PID Temperature Controller. The electric control box is fixed on the floor with steel sheet number 16. Its body and its part are coated with double-layered rust preventive painting. The box has the door opened for maintenance and has the key installed within. There are symbols indicated the operation of switches, any signal light in digital number and alarm signal. Controlled by 3 Phase 220/380 Volt 50 Hz alternating current. Use equipment and wire applicable as in equipment standard and Use electrical system setting equipment as in NEC standard (National Electric Code).
Performance is guaranteed for equipment or parts and quality of defects or damages arising out of the normal use. The incinerator warranty is valid for 1 year with 6-monthly inspection.
